Open Screenshots from the sidebar. You will see captures for one day at a time.
Getting to the right ones
Move between days with the date navigation, and filter by member where your role allows it. Members see only their own, and anyone with the permission can switch person.
The dashboard also carries a live screenshot feed for the team, which is the quicker route when you want to see who is working right now.
What each capture tells you
Click one to open it full size. Alongside the image you get the timestamp, the project and task being tracked, and the activity level for that period. Move through the batch with the arrows instead of closing and reopening.
Some slots show no screenshot. That is normal: manual time has none, and a capture can be missing if the machine was asleep or the interval had not elapsed.
Deleting one
If a capture contains something it should not, such as a password manager, a personal message or a document from another client, delete it. That is a normal part of running this responsibly. Deleting the image does not affect the tracked time.
Using them fairly
- Look at patterns over days, not at a single frame. Everybody has a screenshot that looks bad out of context.
- Ask before concluding. A screenshot of a news site during a five-minute break tells you nothing about the day.
- Pair them with hours and activity instead of treating them as evidence on their own.
- Remember blur: if your organization blurs at medium or heavy, you are not meant to be reading the screen, and you should not try to.
Storage
Screenshots count towards your plan's storage. When the limit is reached, capturing pauses until the plan is upgraded, and hours keep being tracked either way. Shortening the retention period frees space without an upgrade.
