Can I use StaffVertex offline?
Yes. The desktop app keeps tracking time and logging work with no connection. Everything syncs to the cloud the moment you are back online, so nothing is lost.
Are screenshots taken automatically?
Only if your organization turns them on. Screenshots are off by default, run on an interval you choose, and can be blurred. They are stored securely and can be switched off at any time.
Is there a built-in task management tool?
Yes. Create projects, assign tasks, set deadlines and track progress, with comments and file attachments on every card. Tasks are linked to the hours tracked against them.
Does StaffVertex provide detailed reports?
Yes. Time summaries, project progress, team activity and client billing, exportable as PDF, Excel or CSV. Reports can be scheduled and sent to stakeholders automatically.
