Cancel from Settings → Subscription & Billing. You will be asked to confirm.
What cancelling does
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off the moment you click. You keep what you paid for, and the subscription is marked as ending instead of ended.
During that window everything works normally. You can also change your mind and resume, which is simpler than starting again.
When the period ends
Access is restricted. Members cannot track time and the app becomes read-only for administrators, with the option to renew.
Your data is not deleted. Time logs, projects, tasks, invoices and members are all still there, and renewing restores access to them.
Before you cancel
- Export any reports you will want afterwards.
- Generate and send any outstanding client invoices.
- Download your billing receipts.
- Tell your team. A timer that will not start on Monday morning is a bad surprise.
Restarting
Choose a plan and complete checkout. Your organization comes back as it was, with the same members, projects and history. If your team shrank in the meantime, pick the plan that matches the team you have now.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling ends the subscription and keeps the organization. Deleting the organization is a separate, permanent action with its own confirmation. If you want the data gone, that is the one you want, and it cannot be undone.
