Request a signed DPA
The Data Processing Agreement takes effect without a signature — it is part of the terms you accept when you use StaffVertex. Where a signed counterpart is required for procurement, compliance or a regulator, we counter-sign a copy on request.
Submit the details below and we will return a counter-signed PDF to the signatory email within five business days. The signed document reproduces the version dated 1 September 2026; the wording is not negotiated per customer.
